Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for physical items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: with tags and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, simply contact us at hello@lowbudgethighspirit.com.

Digital items like e-books can not be returned.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. To assess and resolve the issue, photos are helpful. Of course, you will receive a replacement immediately.

Unfortunately, in some cases, we cannot guarantee a replacement if the item is already sold out. However, we will offer an appropriate alternative or refund the purchase amount.

Refunds

If an exchange is not an option, refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
