ABOUT CLOUDS HILL

Clouds Hill is an independent music company in Hamburg — label, publishing, recording studio, and film, all under one roof. We work with international artists and we care about doing right by them. Our Hamburg office runs on a family feel with professional standards — and every day at 12 o’clock sharp we sit down to lunch together, cooked by whoever’s turn it is. Now we’re looking for someone to own how that work shows up online.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll run paid advertising, social strategy, and content creation across our entire international roster. That means:

Ad management
planning, building, and optimizing Meta (and beyond) campaigns for releases, tours, and catalogue. You set budgets, read the numbers, and know when a campaign is working before the data fully confirms it.
 
Social strategy
shaping how each artist sounds and looks across platforms, while keeping the Clouds Hill voice intact. One coherent plan, many distinct artists.

Content creation
making the actual stuff: reels, edits, graphics, copy. You’re as comfortable cutting a 15second clip as you are writing the caption under it.

Reporting & learning
turning campaign performance into something the team can act on and building frameworks, so we get smarter release by release.

WHO YOU ARE

• We’re open on seniority: what matters is what you can do, not how many years it took you to learn it.
• You actually understand paid social, not just boosted posts. You know your way around Meta Ads Manager and you’re curious about whatever platform matters next.
• You can make content yourself. Hands on the tools.
• You write well in English (German is a plus, not a must).
• You get music, and you get artists; the work and the people behind it.
• You’re organized enough to juggle a dozen releases without dropping any of them. 

WHAT WE OFFER

• A permanent full-time role with real ownership of your area
• Hybrid working out of our Hamburg base. A cozy workplace in the heart of Hamburg, in a unique setting combining recording studio, label & music publisher.
• A salary of €36,000–€40,000 depending on experience
